Can someone point me in the right direction? Because my turn signals can't.

So it starts I had a bad marker bulb. So I decided since all my other lights are Led except for my turn signal and marker lights that I'd do the switch now. All my lights come on but they do not blink and going down the road it will start beeping like the signals are on without touching the stick at all. The hazards flash as they should. Is this a good the relay gone bad or the turning indicator? Thanks in advance.
