Show Zone on tooltip [UI]

I am trying to see the zone party/raid members are in without having to /who them. I would really like to see it on the tooltip but that only seems to show the subzone (if they are in a different zone). Google was not cooperating... Anyone know of a way to do this? I do have ElvUI but i did not see an option for that on the tooltip settings, i could have missed it though.
