t32 and t32 a proto, pros and cons (opinions only)

The t32 imo is probably the best tier 8 heavy, good turret armor love going hull down and just sniping tanks, the only problem with it, is it's traverse speed, it's like turning in slow motion while everyone else is being fast forward lol.
The t32 a proto imo is probably second best tier 8 heavy, cause of the hull down auto reloading beast, but like the t32 the traverse speed gets to me lol.
This is just my opinion on them what about y'all's opinion?
