I'm looking for a legit and active clan, the clan I'm currently in is barely if at all active and if there are no recruiting clans ATM how do I create a clan and if I create one is anyone willing to join?

For any clan that's recruiting: My gamertag is BLUExXxXxXx, I'm usually on everyday all day, iv been inactive for 2 and a half years or something like that and regained interest into the game, I have 6 tier 10's mostly american vehicles, I'm also on the NA server. The current clan I'm in is D7CAV DELTA TEUFELSBRIGADE
