I've enjoyed a number of ships and lines etc, but we all have bad games in them. However I recently started the French DDs and I absolutely love them. Whenever I have a bad/dodgy game I switch to the French DDs and have a blast and can get back to grinding whatever other line I was working on.

Likewise I've found the Napoli to be great for this. Recently spent the coal and have had so much fun. I questioned the actual usefulness of the secondaries and then in about my 3rd match watched them rack up 17k damage on their own in a frankly stupid amount of time. It's an incredibly fun ship and really quite forgiving, with a relatively low skill floor, but high skill ceiling.
