Why did I unexpectedly get a lot of spare parts?

I just got a message stating that 35k SPs were credited to ny account, and a clanmate of mine just got 25k himself. Is there a hidden mission that I've missed? Anyone else also got some?
By bet is, they changed some equipment costs and reimbursed be for the lowered value, but it's just a semi-random guess...
