Been seeing a lot of mismatched matches lately.

There was a screenshot here the other day of two tier ix's vs a tier viii and below team. That night I ended up playing 3-4 of those types of matches almost back to back.
Anyone else been having some severely mismatched games since the update?
edit: also had a game where i played against 4 t-54's.
