If this was one instance, it could easily be disregarded. But, let's go back to the time where Jason provided GHB. didn't force anyone to take it but the girl who did take it, died.
If Jason continues to egg Josh on and something happens, there could be a variety of charges to choose from, reckless endangerment & public endangerment and there's all the video of Josh to choose from- to start.
So what, he didn't force Josh to take shit, Josh's autism unfortunately makes him naive enough to do something if he's encouraged. He's easily persuaded and often times cannot advocate for himself. If something bad happens and it has to go to court, purely providing Josh with substances to abuse can be considered endangerment and included with all other substances, could be a charge against Jason.
