So im fairly new to working out... I'm a 29 M weighing in at 285. I'm looking to shed some weight and scuplt my body a bit. I got a gym membership, and I've been going to the gym daily. And know that i feel motivated to actually go. I wanted to get a routine for a leg day, arm day, cardio day, etc. I prefer using the machines over free weights, but im not opposed to switching things up. Please Help!
