So a bit about myself I am definitely not in the shape or condition I wish to be in, nor have I been my whole life but I am hitting my 30s now and I am trying to get on the right track. I am a heavy guy 300 . I just signed up for a gym membership but the whole finding a routine on what I should press focus too is a bit daunting and if I get overwhelmed not knowing what to do or what to press into I am afraid the motivation will get lost purely off of frustration alone. I sadly cant afford a personal trainer so I am curious if anyone who may have been in my shoes or knows someone in my shoes that could give me a good workout routine. I plan on going like 3-4 days a week so if theres somethings I should do one day and the other the next that would also be much appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to help guide this lost soul on the path of a healthier lifestyle.
