I am totally new to working out. I tried it once, a long time ago, but truthfully I didn’t know what I was doing. I have no idea what workouts to select or how to create a routine that works.
I am trying to lose some weight, tone up, and gain strength. I’m not a big guy by any means, but I have some love handles and pudge around my pecs and I just don’t like looking in the mirror.
Would someone be willing to help me?? I’ve googled extensively, but there’s SO much information with so little direction.
