I’m a 5 foot 10, 32-year-old woman.
Typically, I’d say I’m a mesomorph. I tend to have more muscle than I deserve/ have earned, but over the last year, I’ve lost a lot of weight. With it, I lost muscle because I didn’t increase exercise to lose weight. I simply cut calories.
However, I’m ready to get back into great physical shape. I’d love to build muscle, which I know will take lots of time and commitment. I’ve been a great athlete before, but life happened in my mid-twenties. Anyway, my mental state is ready to continue improving the physical.
Do you have any advice outside of a high protein diet to make sure I get these gainz? 💪 I know I should focus on lower body as a woman, but also as a person whom has stronger legs. I’m unsure about the frequency of workouts and how much cardio I should do compared to calisthenics and weight lifting.
