Hi everyone!

I currently have been training for a 10 miler, however, this has resulted in me neglecting my strength workouts (I know, not a smart move). With my next race being in May, I was hoping to combine my running schedule (2 short runs, 1 long) with 2 to 3 days of strength training. Whenever I try to sit down, and get a good schedule going, I start feeling very overwhelmed. Does any one have any good strength training program/plans that they were able to combine with running?
