Plane of movement split

Hi, had a cooked thought about making a 3 day training split with Day 1 being frontal plane movements, Day 2 being Sagittal plane movements and Day 3 being transverse plane movements. Repeat 2x a week. Potentially combining planes in an equanimous sequence to allow for certain compound movements like a dumbbell deadlift into shoulder press would be Sagittal & Frontal

just thought I would chuck up this post and see if any mad scientists out there could cook a routine like this up for a brother 🙏
