Looking for help on three day split body workout, lower, core & back and pecs

Hoping to see if someone can point me towards a premade workout or could help me create a workout.
I've just started working out with a friend and she wants to start training three days a week I know her goal is the tone and grow her posterior and upper chest.
I think based on that should do a three day split that targets those areas and a core workout to help with general cardio and breakup the workouts.
Does anyone have anything that would suit
