Hi. I just recently started working out and been doing full body machine workouts as recommend by my former trainer. I have read that for a beginner, an Upper/Lower split is better than PPL.

My questions are: 1. How long should I do the fulll body machine workout? I'm already almost a month on it on my own. 2. If I transition to upper/lower split, for how long?
