First off hello and thanks in advance. Ive been doing for the most Part just 3-4 Sets of 12 Reps with the weight starting lowet and maxing at what I can Do for 12 4 times lets just say 135 bench as the Mark.
Now im really trying to get My size and lift weight up; and ive looked at people doing heavy for Max Reps(lets say 8-10) then lowering weight and hitting Max Reps again until fail for like 4 Sets or so.
Can anyone help a Fella out here? I know everyone s Different but the advice and Things I might have missed are much appreciated.
