Hello, I don’t usually post here but I’m in a rut. I’m 28 and I worked out from about age 16-25. Since then I fell off and can’t stick to a consistent workout routine. I used to be able to and for some reason my motivation/ discipline just isn’t there anymore. What’s your reason to workout other then the obvious health benefits? Just wondering what keeps you going.
