Good morning everyone! Going into a deload week and just wondering what you guys do? Eat at maintenance or stay in a calorie deficit? Do I reduce the weight and volume? I donโt do a ton of volume 8-10 sets per week per body part
Iโve been cutting since mid August at 1900 calories. For a little context Iโm 5โ9 208 lbs down from 233. Thank you in advance for the input
