Hi everyone, I really want to start working out again to get back into shape, I'm not fat but I'm getting chubby and losing confidence in myself. For reference I'm 5'8" around 175lbs. I haven't worked out on my own in years, I used to do swim team. My stamina and strength have depleted a lot. Where do I start? Can someone give me a guide on Maybe a beginner routine and when to switch it up and such. Also I need help with a diet plan. It's all super expensive online and wherever I look, so if anyone can give me pointers I'd super appreciate it
