Hey guys I used to work out 5 days a week, doing calisthenics even going out in winter on snowy and rainy days, sometimes even going very late at night if i missed my work out earlier in the day. That was a year ago for about a year or 1.5 years. My body improved a lot and i now stopped working out because I got lazy and am gaming a lot which i know is fucking bad but i can't seem to change it. I also started smoking last summer. I think i subconsciously think that my body is looking good right now so I don't want to put the work in or something like that, any tips? I've become my 2019 self again and i need to change it:/
