Complete newbie here. I’ve seen what the gym has done for others, and after feeling like I wasted the entire day away I finally decided to hit the weights at an impromptu 10pm gym sesh.
While it did feel amazing, I must admit I went absolutely ham on everything bi/triceps related (must’ve had that fire in me idk lol.) Now fast forward to the morning and I never felt so sore in my life.
My question is what can I do about this? I did stretch afterwards but I’m guessing I didn’t do enough. I’m going to be pretty active for the next few days, but if I can’t even reach kitchen shelfs without Immense trouble I’m going to be toast.
