I'm going to do 100 lunges, squats and push-ups. I'm currently at my 7th set of lunges and my body literally feels like it's on fire is it normal for body heat to be this high at the end of just one workout I'm nor even done with the sets either. I also wanted to ask is it a healthy goal to want to do 200 of everything I mentioned before?
