Yo bros! I'll start off with. I'm 28 and a guy. Skinny but tall (uh, if that matters). 80 kg. I've been lifting 10 kg (22 pounds) dumbbells for the past 6 months. Bicep curls. I do 10 reps. Rest for 3 minutes. Then do another 10 reps. Rest for 3 minutes. Annddd... Final 10 reps. So 3 sets of 10 reps. Do you guys think that's why i'm not seeing much progress? What else should i do? How do i become the next Hercules (or Arnold) ? On top of that, i do about 30 push ups a day. I'm trying to impress a girl i like and i thought if i look more fit i'd easily get into her box. Much appreciated help fellas. Cheers.
