Question About Electricity Distribution

Post Body

Is it possible to have one continuously connected power grid with switches to allow multiple power stations to feed into the grid at various points I.e antiquated voltage drop locations from high demand or does each network max out at 18 MW for the entirety of the network?

How does one maximize the production at a nuclear plant? I have plenty of workers who are jobless nearby and don't seem to fill the vacant spots.

Does the power grid prioritize local power consumption before it exports it ?

Thanks for your help in advance!
