Hello all, today I was fired for refusing to drive this monstrosity. Fuel leaking, gas pedal sticks so bad you have to use a shoelace to disengage it, no brakes, no parking brake, and mind you it was to haul metal coils that a semi truck legally can’t have that heavy of a load on. Also the fuel gauge didn’t work so you have no idea how much fuel is in the tank. With all that said what ultimately made me say no was the fuel leaking by a river and the fact if I ran out of fuel coming up a hill I couldn’t stop so I’d probably drown in the Ohio river. The grade was that steep. The method was full pedal until you hit the top or you wouldn’t make it. What actions should I take or do I have any rights at all?
