Post Body

I get that employers don't have to pay a lunch break in Texas. But all my coworkers get paid for their 30 minute lunch and I don't. They all work 8 hours a day and get paid for it all. I work 8.5 hours a day and only get paid for 8. I've lost over $2000 in overtime over the last 10 months. Is there anything I can do about it?
