MO - Went to Doctor's appointment, how to proceed?

Hey all. I sprained my ankle at work on Wednesday and just went to my WC doctor's appointment.
It was bad enough for them to write that I have to walk using a walker (I can't use crutches). However, they didn't have any available and I definitely can't afford one.
I'm scheduled to work tomorrow, and I've already reached out to my HR manager and my department manager but gotten no response. What should I do?
