Ok I live in Mississippi I agree to settle my case in February of this year but due to state laws I have to wait till I was 21 to receive my settlement. I turn 21 in two weeks and my lawyer recently inform even after I turn 21 Iām we have to go through the process of resigning papers and getting it approved by the courts before I get the settlement. My problem is the insurance company just sent my letter today that must be signed for . Thing is my post off closed early and my lawyer is out on vacation for a week. Do I go Monday and sign the for the latter or wait till my lawyer get off vacation?
