So my pre hearing conference is coming up this week. I was diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel in 2021, I had full release surgery January of 2022 and as of today I still have all the symptoms of carpal tunnel to the point that writing, driving, using utensils just cause pain and numbness. I hit my MMI back in September and was given permanent restrictions. The doctor my attorney had evaluate me gave me 40% permanent partial disability while my companies doctor who evaluated me only said i was 5% i don't know how all that ties into things but I'm just ready for this to be over with but not sure how much longer it'll be dragged on or what I can expect the outcome to be.
