What. The. Actual hell.
I’ve always thought this, but now being the owner of a small company (I have 3 employees) and my view has changed…
THEY are the reason I’m able to be a boss. My lowest paid guy makes 17.25$/hr, I give cash bonuses for jobs completed so they aren’t taxed.
I detest the idea of the day and want to switch it. What should I give my people to show my appreciation for their work?
