I’ve been WFH since the start of COVID, and absolutely love the perks. No wasting time commuting to and from work, being able to cook food at home, no formal work attire, etc.
I recently moved out of my parent’s home and into an apartment with my girlfriend. She commutes to work, and I’m home alone during the day. I find myself getting distracted browsing social media, watching videos, doing laundry, etc. I’ve tried moving my phone into another room so that I wouldn’t be as easily distracted, however I inevitably get distracted some other way.
I’m wondering if anyone has some tips on how to stay focused more. I want to be more productive, and continue to grow in a positive manner within my career, so any tips or encouragement are appreciated.
