Hot weather boots or work shoes?

Looking for some boots with air vents preferably. Have to be safety toe don't have a preference can be steel or composite. I was looking at some 5.11 tactical at my local dicks sporting goods but didn't know about quality also looking at work shoes just need something a little cooler on my feet and good for walking long distances. Any recommendations would be appreciated
