Hey all,
I'm a photographer that does a lot of night work, like long exposures out in the cold and in places where they are hard to get to or I could potentially step on something nasty.
I have a pair of goretex solomon boots I love, but I've been looking at Chippewa Edgewalker pull ons. They are waterproof and come EE. I don't need Steel Toe or insulation but would like waterproof to some degree.
I wear a 10/EE in the Solomons and my regular shoes, Vans, are also 10/EE. Sometimes I can go 9.5/3E or 4E, with New Balances.
Any other boots I should be looking at? I'm OK with the $250 price point of the chippewas and my understanding is they are made in the US?
I like that as well and willing to spend a little more for that as these will last me a long time not doing actual work in them.
