I 30F have a high stress job that I exceed at and am very fulfilled but I can’t take it for another 30 until retirement
Post Body
Leaving is not an option and I’m at a great job. Things have been getting incredibly stressful though especially since I’ve taken on leadership responsibilities now because of cutbacks and layoffs. my boss is very demanding and I always stress about meeting his expectations of perfection. I’m so fulfilled and happy but at the same time worn down. It kills me to think I have another 30 years ofthe stress. How can I get better at handling this? will it get better?
