So, Iām the youngest in my workplace and all my coworkers (40 years old) are complaining about each others to me (in my low 20s)
Coworker 1 and 3 will complain about coworker 2,
Coworker 2 will also complain behind their back about coworkers 1 and 3.
Coworker 3 will complain about coworker 4, etc.
The manager and GM are āfriend/closeā to all of them, and seem to not really take any actions.
Iām trying to be wise, so I usually act as if Iāve never heard of the incidents even when I did. For example, when coworker 3 will tell me his argument with coworker 1, Iāll answer as if coworker 1 didnāt already tell me what happened .
Iām tired of being in the middle of this. What can I do ?
