I just need to vent. If you have any advice in how to deal with these women, I’d appreciate it as well. I work two full time jobs. One Monday through Friday from home, the other three to four overnights a week. At my overnight job, there are these women that are constantly bitching about this guy that we work with and for the life of me I can’t figure out why. They refuse to help him when he needs help, this is a job where you need to be able to rely on your coworkers to be there to help you. They talk shit about him behind his back. I can only imagine what they say about me behind my back. On top of that, they are lazy. They don’t do anything all night except run their mouths and sleep. This is supposed to be a nonsleeping position. If I can work two jobs, which entails me being up for 48 hours every week, and stay awake for my entire shift, why are they sleeping half the shift. While I’m older than all of them. I’m at a loss. I’ve spoken to my supervisor about all of this, but nothing has happened. Help!
