Ok first of all, he is not my boss because we work in a different department. You know, itās the type of job we donāt where to position (not superior but not at the same level as me).
To put you in context, Iāve been working at this vehicule rental company for about a year now (youngest among people 2.5 time my age with 5-20 years of seniority)
Anyway, that person keeps sending a scan of my work to everyone in the company by mentioning my mistakes. Iām totally fine with that because it may be a general reminder and to prevent other people from making the same mistake;
But the fact that they always send MY work as an example and keep mentioning the same āmistakeā for the last 3 weeks is my concern.
By mistake I mean my writing: they donāt know how to read me (when I donāt write this bad), resulting in their side also making mistakes. They always point out my writing when coworkers writing are worse than mine. They suggested to add a printed version of the contract so they can avoid future mistakes. Thing I do now, but THEY STILL MAKE MISTAKES when entering the datas!
2nd situation: Another person which this time is my manager at a moment was trying to stress me out. He would call me with an angry face/ voice tone like I made a HUGE mistake simply tell me he brought some food One day I told him: āAre trying to put pressure on me ?ā He stopped.
3rd situation: A vehicle comes back after a rental, contract is closed with a car in good condition, all good. But after a few days, they discover some damages on the car. First thing, the person (which is not my manager) will put the fault at me (justifying it as a missed damage) and will go after the previous renter. Wellā¦.when it is an older coworkerā¦he never misses anything, so never his fault. Theyāll blame a driver or say the damage is oldā¦Iām tired of this.
I like the perks of my job the constant interactions with customers but canāt stand those behaviours. What should I do ? Should I address it to them and make things clear ? Or just find a job with a better work environment ?
