I recently quit my job to focus on my mental health and midterms in the beginning of March. I even put in my 2 weeks and told them my last day would be March 11th. I ended up giving 3 of my shifts away and worked only on the weekends. Now that midterms are over i’m ready to reapply. I wasn’t told that giving my shifts away would affect the rehiring policy the only thing I knew was that I wasn’t suppose to call out or use my wellness. Even when I reapplied it said that they found someone to fill the position but I see that they’re still hiring and I heard that they were understaffed. I don’t have any animosity towards any of my managers and I had a good work ethic. I was always praised and did well on projects. Should I talk to the store manager?
