Hello everyone, I am a noob that knows very little about CSS and Coding beyond basic HTML. I am looking for a responsive one page template that allows me to build each section on that one page from various pages, does the scroll effect, and keeps the nav on top. Otherwise I am okay with just have the one page actually be just one page. I would also like to have a blog for news too, not a part of the page. Oh and I am willing to pay as long as its worth it.
