So what is the best resolution / video format to use for videos in WordPress that works across all platforms / browsers? I found 4 just doesn't work on hardly anything so I redid my videos as standard high definition H265 and web optimized. That seems to work fine on desktop but on mobile it seems to choke.
I'm on a VPS server on Hostgator.
