Hi we have a client who wants to create a website with a tendering system.

Essentially, people will need a product or service. They will post this job to the website. Then, other people or companies will post them a quote.

I know it is not a lot to go off, I am just unsure on what I can say due to privacy this is has been piled onto me and I don't know the complete process, however I am tasked with finding a solution

The issue I am having is I cannot find a suitable plugin or plugins to help with this.

The only thing that came close is using woocommerce multi vendor another plugin which adds quoting. However the solution seemed more like a 1 - 1 relationship than a 1 (people looking) - many (companies quoting).

I guess I would liken it too a Freelancer (the website) type setup.

Has anyone had to do this before? Or something similar?
