Hi
I am setting up a linode server but am considering using Serverpilot. The thing is I am pretty technical myself with lot of web development/design experience but no server administration experience though but I can learn it pretty quickly. However I would rather work on the business than in it! However what's bugging me is that Serverpilot only offer Lemp Lamp so basically using Nginx as reverse proxy. Now I don't know how much of a performance difference does that make compared to a pure LEMP stack? If anyone has any benchmarks to share, that would be great...Also for those of you who manage your own servers, how much time does it take on average per month/week? The reason I am asking if pure LEMP stack is the way to go, I need to know the time I would need to allocate to keep it up to date and more importantly secure!
Edit: I will be using SSL.
