Best Plugin for FaceBook Feed - Old Paper Theme

My apologies if this topic is stale. I can't seem to make the FB plugin "the offical FB plugin Version 1.5.5" do anything but make me nuts.
I am looking for an auto feed of my blog onto FB. No muss, no fuss.
For that matter I am looking for a good plugin to do the same for Twitter and Pintrest too.
