I need help to hide a Menu with CSS

There is a menu on my site that i like to hide, according to the Theme author i have to do this with CSS. The menu is on the mobile site only: https://i.imgur.com/GZzvS3a.png
Do i add the CCS here? https://i.imgur.com/NFZzW09.png
