Another newbie here so please bear with me. I am searching for some answers which I was unable to find online. I am in the process of building a website and for the past week I have been trying to figure out how to build the website but for the life of me can’t seem to figure it out. Now the list of subscriptions below were all based on suggestions or different comments I saw online and tried to get the best combo to help me with the building process.

I purchased the website domain via www.domain.com

Next, I signed up for a free account on www.wordpress.com

In order to turn my website into an e-commerce store, I subscribed to Woo Express on www.woocommerce.com

Next, I subscribed to the Elementor Hosting - Grow plan on www.elementor.com to assist with building the website.

So first of my few questions,

Where do I pick my theme from? Elementor says they have themes but I can only find the page to view themes on the wordpress dashboard under “Appearance”

Do I need to sign up for a Wordpress subscription as well or are the above sufficient to get started?

Can anyone advise if any of the subscriptions are not necessary or are missing additional subscriptions.

I was under the assumption that Elementor was more of an upload click drag method but it seems to be more complicated than that.

Has anyone used the same combo before and gotten successful results?

If so, please teach me!

If not, what alternative worked better for you?
