Can you mix a block template and .php page templates ?

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to developp a new theme with the new 2022-2023 logic.
But I can't find good tutorials on loops for the HTML templates and I'm being bothered by the impossibility of adding PHP code withing page templates.
Do you know of a way for me to have some page template using PHP and then most with the new block html templates ?
Or like, really good tutorials for using loops and php scripts into pages ?
