How to fix a hydrogen peroxide stain?

Post Body

Hi All, So I tried to get rid of some stains on my wooden floor with hydrogen peroxide (I left a soaked paper towel on top of the stain). Anyway, the stain is kind of gone, but I pretty much bleached out my floor). How would I go about fixing this? Through my research, I have saw that an option I have is to sand with along the grain of the wood, and then apply a stain matching the stained portion of the wood (obviously test the stain colors before I fully commit). Is this correct? I do not know the type of wood, neither the stain/finish color/type. I would appreciate any help
