Built inBench Height

Hey guys, I am making a bench in my closet and I would like it to look like it’s “built-in”. My total height is currently 22” which feels a bit high. Do you think I should lower it to 17-18’’ (which will require me to disassemble my whole structure, so time consuming) or do you think I am overthinking the height?
