Yesterday I made a post about combining 3 white oak boards, today was supposed to be the day but quickly learned my work surface wasn't the best for the size. Long story short I tried to clean up the glue so it before it dried on each piece and will try again tomorrow. But here is my question..

Is it ok if I just sand down the cut sides (60, 150, 220, 320) and that will be sufficient to glue again or should I just use my track saw for a fresh cut. Lesson learned that makeshift work tables suck and always use the real thing.
